Free FA Coaching Adults Course

The Kent FA are pleased to invite club coaches to apply for a FREE place on The FA Coaching Adults Course.

The course is designed to support those who are responsible for coaching or managing Adult Teams who wish to develop ideas on administering, organising, coaching and running the team.

Course Aims & Objectives include
  • To identify appropriate coaching activities
  • Describe suitable and appropriate skills involved in dealing with players and teams
  • Identify nutritional needs of players
  • Explain fitness requirements of players
  • Identify future training needs
  • List the components of suitable codes of conduct
  • Describe Safeguarding training opportunities
  • Identifying elements of club administration

There is no formal assessment; the progress of learners is monitored through the group activities and discussions.

The course will be held at The Abbey School, Faversham on 18 May 2012 (7pm-9pm) and 19 May 2012 ( 9:00am - 5:00pm).

The course is FREE but requires a deposit of £50.00 which will be refunded to candidate(s) on arrival

All candidates must have fully completed a First Aid Workshop course prior the start of the course.
